We at T. Alexis Beauty Essentials are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To expedite the resolution process, kindly send a clear photograph of the damaged item(s) while still in its original packaging to Talexisbeautyessentials@gmail.com or (601)345-1738. We will reveiw the issue and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Order Errors

If there is an error with your order, such as receiving the incorrect item(s), please notify us immediately upon receiving your order. Kindly send a clear photograph of the item(s). We will work swiftly to rectify the issue and ensure you receive the correct item(s) as soon as possible.

Local Pickup/Delivery

We offer the convenience of local pickup and delivery for our customers. If you prefer to pickup your order locally, please select the "Local Pickup" Option during the checkout. Please note that all purchases must be paid for in advance before we meet you with your product(s) or deliver it to your specified location. Delivery will include a fee and must be paid for in advance via cash app @Talexisbeauty.
